What does turn-key pricing mean?
Turn key pricing means that for one low monthly rent, all the typical costs associated with running your business go away – no more telephone or internet bills, no need for a copier or stamp machine lease, no more utility bills. You can even get rid of your gym membership! Simply enjoy the amenities typically associated with a large corporation, all at no added cost.
How does Haven differ from other Executive Suites?
While most executive office suites have a sterile temporary office feel, Haven was specifically designed to provide our visiting clients with a warm and inviting office environment. Fireplace, coffee station and beautiful decor will make you and your clients feel right at home.
Is use of the seminar and conference rooms extra?
Not at Haven! Most executive suites nickel and dime their tenants for use of just about everything. At Haven, our full-time tenants simply reserve the room they need at no additional cost or restrictions.
How long is the lease term?
We require a minimum one-year lease. After that, the lease can be extended for a year or float on a 90 day renewal.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, parking is available to all tenants and their visiting clients. And, in the unlikely event that the parking lot is full, there is convenient on-street parking.
Is your building easy to find?
That’s one of our best features! Haven Avenue Executive Suites is conveniently located on the corner of Haven Avenue and Route 22 East in Scotch Plains, NJ. Our corner location provides easy highway access to route 22, 78, 287 the NJ Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. The Haven Avenue side is just two blocks away from downtown Scotch Plains for restaurants and shopping.
